urge your two U.S. Senators to cosponsor the Preventing Future Pandemics Act

Deadly diseases like COVID-19 can emerge from live animal exploitation and trade, which remain threats to global public health. It’s critical that the U.S. take action now to safeguard animals and people alike from future outbreaks.

Congress is considering a bipartisan bill to protect against wildlife-human disease transmission: the Preventing Future Pandemics Act (S. 37). This forward-looking legislation will stop the trade in live wild animals for food and medicine and help to safeguard biodiversity around the world.

Let your two U.S. Senators know that you support S. 37—and urge them to do the same.

Please support S. 37 to stop deadly pandemics
